I first met Don when I was on the Ocean Carrier side and he had his own drayage company. Our paths continued to cross as Don migrated into Marine terminal operations, then to the technology sector and finally to DCLI, the largest Chassis provider, where, with two other Chassis contributors, was responsible for the creation of the largest single Chassis pool in any single Port complex, the Pool of pools.
