Don himself is big on giving back to the community. Some described it as paying it forward. He has been active with many nonprofit organizations, high school student mentoring, and university involvement.  He has also been active with local, state and federal regulatory agencies.  Lastly, Don has woven himself into the fabric of the supply chain in Southern California by being active in many Trade and Transportation Associations.
